What time do our Soccer Schools run from and to in the holidays?
Our Soccer Schools run from 9.45am until 3pm; our coaches are always at the venue early to set up so if you need to drop your child/ren earlier please email [email protected] to inform us of this.
How can my child progress with PDA Coaching?
The children have an opportunity to progress into our Development Centre, from there they can then progress into our Academy. Our Academy plays matches against other Academy’s and elite foundation’s where we look to progress the children into a pre-academy or academy set up.
How can my child become a player for the PDA Development Centre?
There are two ways your child could progress into our Development Centre, the first is that if they show consist high levels during any of our sessions and we have a place within their age group we may offer your child a place. The second is to attend our trial, please see our website for regular updates on when the trials are held.
What age groups are the PDA Development Centre and Academy?
Currently our Development Centre runs from U6 – U15 and our Academy runs from U6 – U16.
How can I book a PDA course?
To book one of our courses please click on the courses link which is at the top of the homepage and then scroll until you find the course you would like to book and then click to pay. You will receive a payment confirmation email once you have done so.
What happens if it is raining outside during a session/soccer school?
We will try to stay outside and maximise the playing time as much as possible so please do ensure you’re child has the correct outdoor wear – a warm waterproof jacket and base layer are highly recommended. If the weather is deemed dangerous i.e Thunder, Hail or Torrential rain then we will move the children indoor and to a safe location until this passes and it is safe to continue. Please see our refund policy with regards to claiming a refund for weather reasons.
What do I need to equip my child with for one of your sessions/soccer schools
The essential’s are a pair of shin pads and plenty of fluid, still drinks rather than fizzy are recommended. Your child will also need shorts/tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt, jumper and potentially a waterproof jacket depending on the weather. For a soccer school lunch will be needed.
After School Club:Our After School club’s provide fun session’s for the children in which they play team games, have lots of touches of the ball and work on drills such as: dribbling, shooting, 1 vs 1’s, 2 vs 2’s, passing and moving. The children always finish with small sided matches putting what they have learnt into practice.
Evening Sessions:Our evening session’s are more technical that our after school clubs in terms of the session being delivered. These session’s are open to all. We work on tactical awareness.
